I wanted to enter another card into My Favorite Things Superstar card challenges. I’ve had some My Favorite Things stamps that I have wanted to use, so this was the perfect excuse!
I didn’t start out making a Christmas card, I wanted to make a birthday card. I went through several iterations of a birthday card using MFT Bitty Bears, but didn’t like any of them. So I picked up another stamp set and started fresh. I love the Dashing Deer stamp set and really wanted to do watercolor, so here is the end result:
I actually watercolored with Tim Holtz distress inks and a sparkle pen, rather than a waterbrush. Finally I added some Nuvo drops & MFT gold cardstock and voila- a card! Thank you for stopping by!
