After a week of sneaky peeks, the Trinity Stamps release is finally here!

I made 2 cards with products from the new release, so let’s get right to it!  The first card uses the “Hello” sentimini die, the Rainy Days Together stamp set and the Cloudy Day Die Scene as well as cloud and rain drop embellishments.  I cannot tell you how excited I was to get the Cloudy Day Die Scene- so many elements in it and it allows one to create the perfect cloudy sky with ease.

RaindropCBK

To create the card I stamped the large image from the Rainy Day Together stamp set and copic colored it before masking it off and using the Trinity blendability brushes to create a soft background.  I heat embossed the edges of the clouds & the boots & umbrella with Wow embossing powder.  To create the shaker card, I adhered the die cut cloudy day panel to a panel of acetate that had a border of double adhesive foam.  The back panel (stamped with the image) was adhered to an A2 card base, thereafter I added some raindrop sequins and then the final part of the shaker card “sandwich”- the front acetate/die cut/foam adhesive border panel.  I die cut more clouds & hearts (which are part of the Cloudy Day Die Scene set and adhered them as well as little ducklings that were fussy cut & colored from the Rainy Day Together stamp set.  A die cut “hello” from vellum added the perfect understated touch that blended with the background.

The next card uses the Spring Fling Floral stamp set, which like my beloved Winter Botanical stamp set, will give users a lot of different ways to use the floral images!  Again, I die cut the “hello” sentiment with the “Hello” Sentimini die.

The back panel was created from Lawn Fawn’s Spiffy Speckles paper with some added gold paint splatters.  There are so many ways to use the florals, but I wanted to present them as a bouquet, since the stamp set also includes stems!  The vase was die cut from blue vellum, acetate and gold metallic cardstock using a vase die from Flora & Fauna.  All the florals were die cut & copic colored very simply and embellished with either sequins or drops.

I hope that you will love the new release as much as I do and that you will give some of these products a try!

GIVEAWAY: One reader will be randomly selected to receive a $25 Trinity Gift Card and an embellishment goodie bag.
