2020 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop
Friday, May 22, 2020 – Friday, May 29, 2020

Today is the start of the Coffee Loving Cardmakers 2020 Spring | Summer Blog hop! The party starts at the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog here.  I am so thrilled to actually have my little blog be able to join the hop today!

Today I have an interactive coffee card made with Lawn Fawn products.  I used the Let’s Toast interactive dies to allow a piece of paper to be pulled up out of the typewriter.  I didn’t have a sentiment that I wanted to use so I created it in adobe illustrator using the American Typewriter font.

I stamped all the images with Memento Ink and then die cut them.  I placed all the images temporarily in place to plan out of the scene of the card and to figure out where I was going to need to place the die to cut a notch that enabled the pull tab mechanism.

Once I had everything in place in a way I liked, I adhered all the images with strong double sided adhesive.  I put one layer of foam between the card panel and the A2 card base so that the mechanism could work more easily.

Thank you for stopping by- enjoy the coffee hop!
