Sassy Guy Card

Hello!  Today I have a slimline card that I made for my husband.  I love the Sassy Guy stamp, the sentiments are hilarious and I thought the images are so cute!

I stamped all the images and sentiments in Memento Tuxedo black ink onto to 110 lb Neenah cardstock in solar white, die cut them with my Brother ScanCut2. The slimline card base has the dimensions of 8.5 inches by 3.5 inches, and I used two pieces of patterned paper from my stash to create a slimline panel (8.5 inches by 3.5 inches) background.  To create more interest, I die cut windows into a smaller slimline panel to provide a “frame” around each sentiment; adding the images around each sentiment further framed each part.

I copic colored all the images simply and added white gel pen marks to create highlights. The white highlights just provide more dimension to the images, I usually try to add some to each card I make.

You can find the Sassy Guy stamp here and all the section with the “Stamps about Men & Fathers” here.

Thank you for stopping by!
