Wish You Were Here Postcard

Today I am showcasing one stand-alone stamp set, one stand-alone die set and 3 stamp sets with coordinating dies to make this acetate “post”card.  The stand-alone die set is called Slimline Series: Wonky Stitched Wilderness is a wonderful edition to the slimline series with mountains. The stand-alone stamp set is A Sentiment for (almost) Everything4×8 Stamp Set- an amazing set that truly has everything you could need for a card. The coordinating stamp/die sets are Unbelievablea 3×4 Stamp Set designed by Davina Cantrell that has an adorable Sasquatch character. Another coordinating stamp/die sets are Hugs & Squishes– a 3×4 Stamp Set designed by Davina Cantrell that has an adorable swamp monster. The final stamp/die set is called Crafty Post Stamp & Die Set, and it allows you to make an actual postcard with lots of adorable details.

To make the card, I took a 11inch by 4.24 inch panel of acetate (Lawn Fawn) and scored it down the middle to make an A2 side opening card.  I die cut the 2 post cards and stamps from Neenah white solar cardstock and blue cardstock.

I die cut mountains, trees and the snow caps from the Slimline Series: Wonky Stitched Wilderness, which I placed on top of the panel that I had ink blended with distress ink. I then copic colored the adorable Sasquatch & swamp monster with some footprints.  I added another postcard on the inside of the card behind the one on the front panel.  This one had the added details of the address label, stamp and postage cancelation.

On the inside of the card, I added a panel for writing a message to the recipient.

I hope that you like this little project- I definitely enjoyed making it!

Thank you for stopping by.
